Is the robbe conquest the same quality as it's 60 size counterparts?
Thanks

Though the Connie has a 2 piece plastic frame design, it has all the fine engineering present in the .60 sized Robbe helicopters! For instance; the top frame has a metal liner pressed into the frame where the two main shaft bearing go to keep the frames slop free. The whole drive system is assembled outside the heli then installed the frames! Super simple and with the OS .50 running 30% it will do anything and everything in the book! Full time T/R drive, tube drive, real push/pull on the cyclics and collective. The down side is the fact that Robbe discontinued the Conquest...the kits in the shops are all there will be; though from Robbes past history parts will be available for a long long time and the Mossie XXL (basically a Conquest with three servo CCPM) IS still in production! The best .50 heli there was...beats me why Robbe discontinued the silly thing! I love 'em myself! Chris

Mossie XXL??????? I have never heard of that one! Where can I take a look at it? I was considering a Conquest until I saw that it was DC'd. I have seen one do some awseome manuvers in the hands of Mark keiner, and it was awesome IMPO. I would be interested in seeing a CCPM version myself. Anyone else?

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.
