After flying for the first time today with the GV, I noticed my rpm (high) was 190 above my set limit. I have it set in the GV-1 at 9.10. Is this the correct ratio? It is installed on a 1004 SE. Thank you, GJBURGESS

Well, if the gear ratio is correct the start checking all the TX settings. It is possible to have such a difference. Check the ATV prices of the VR switch if you use one for GV-1, check the prog mixes you have activated in order to setup GV-1. I' ve read somewhere that is possible to change the RPMs by changing the ATV. To be more precise, it was a 9Z user advicing another one how it would be possible to tune up the RPMs when you fly and it was said that if you reduce the ATV then you can increase the RPMs and that increasing ATV it would decrease the RPMs. Check all the topics concerning GV1 posts.

I believe the stock ratio for the SE is 9.3:1. (93t main gear, 10t pinion). The YS runs good at 93/1, the OS likes 95/1.

I'm a little confused on the GV reading. If I want it set at 94 to 1, the ratio screen should read 9.4? I'm using a 9Z with ATV's on the TX and GV set to 100% on A and B. GJBURGESS
