I remember the post saying a Raptor but I was thinking it was like my Ergo. What’s the best way then? To remove the back plate and put a toothbrush handle in to hold the crank? As far as the scar goes ya what's a guy to do. I was rear ended in a traffic accident. The whiplash pinched a nerve; the nerve swelled up and would not go back to its normal size. I went to therapy but nothing seemed to do any good. Surgery was the only option left, to dremel out some clearance to allow the nerve to quit being re-aggravated through movement of my arm and shrink back to its normal size. Night and day difference right now. Feels like it did the day before the wreck. No numbness at all. I wanted to get it done before flying season kicked in. When I was reading the brochure on the surgery they said I would have a 2 to 3 inch incision. Looks to me like he had enough room for both hands in there.

Setting up your carb servo

1/ Center everything on the radio for the throttle, (stick & trim) set the ATV's to 100
2/ Pop the linkage off of the servo.
3/ Find the center point of the carb opening/closing.
4/ Turn everything on.
5/ Position the servo horn so it falls under the linkage for the carb where everything is 90*.
6/ If your atvs are on the low site set the ball further out on the horn. If they fall more than 100, move the ball closer to 100.
Once done, don't forget to set your throttle shut off, and throttle hold settings.
Does this answer your question?

no that doesnt answer my question, everything is set, the motor it self will not run properly, I usually dont have this big of a frustration tuning them.

i am sceptical about the crankshaft locking tools, I have delt with some nasty flywheels/nuts in the past, i found a rag and vise grips to be the best, but i dont see that working on a plastic fan. I plan to put on a metal fan, if i had one, Id just cut the plastic one off. it took about 50lbs of torque at least, to get the nut off, thats alot of force to be putting on an aluminum piston and conn. rod supported by a small pin, maybe im stupid, but id rather find alternative means. so it is thread on?
