Does anybody know what would be a safe outdoor minimum operating temp? I'm also wondering about storage procedures if I put her on the self for a couple months. Is it ok to leave fuel in the system?

Why quit flying?

Why quit flying, I use mine to clean my driveway!

I do have to use straight Coleman propane rather than Powermax when it is below 40 degrees. There is not enough vapor pressure with Powermax when it is cold.

You gotta mean 40 below zero, not below 40 degrees...right?
40 degrees ain't really that cold.

power max

this last saturady it was 35 degrees and my powermax was a little hard to fill the tank but the turbine started up just fine once i had enough gas in the tank.

keep the powermax warm in the car till yo need to use it ... if you still hav problems with starting, keep the powermax atatched durring startup and keep it on coming till you hear it pop ...

at altitude (5000 ft) about 40 degrees farenheit, powermax will not vaporize and stay a liquid causing a lower pressure in the lines. this in turn leads a failed start. using propane at this temp will cause to have a higher line pressure and will actually have a cleaner burn start without the pop and will also give you a quick flame out the exhaust which is an added bonus!
