I saw a guy do this on TV "a while ago", the plane flew great with 1 fly, the guy said he tried a bigger twin but it kept crashing, something about getting both motors to run at the same time

The simplest thing is to make a small airplane (2" long with a wingspan of 1 1/2") from match sticks or balsa. Get the CG right before installing the "engines" then CA the "engines" to the wings centered on the CG, works great. For most "standard" engine two is enough. sometimes the four engine ones have "synchronization" problems, which can lead to stall spin problems

Make sure the "weight and balance" is good I found it to be critical.

This doesn't work I tired to freeze them, they won;t freeze! I finally got em on. Thers not enough room to stick em on the wing. engine 1 won;t move. engine too lost his legs so I had to glue him on. EWngine 3 is big but does nmothing. engine 4 won;t move. I took the big one off threw him in the air. He biuzzed around doing summersaults cause his legs are superglued and then he hit a wall. Now he is siiting on my cp mouse.

All "engines" must be the same "Rating" I found that if they are in a large jar in the freezer it takes about 10 min for them to "idle" down A heat lamp then gets them to T/O speed and a fling into the air engauges there autopilot

Hey Doug, its look like you have play a lot with the flypower. Have you try putting micrRX with micro servos?

I spend an entire day with my granchildren prefecting the method. I had a lot of "engine mount" problems and asymitrical thrust problems but after a bunch of trys was rewarded with several "flights" of over a min.
