| Yes, very sad indeed. Just goes to show ya what can happen. Like Dad told me, "When things go wrong, they go wrong just as quick as can be." It would be nice if there was a safer way to fly r/c helicopters. By this I'm talkin about the blades and the amount of control and sometimes orientation. What might help is if everyone bought a small camera to mount on their heli and keep a small tv beside them that is picking up what the camera on the helicopter sees. So that if you lose control, whether it's you or the student that loses the heli, all you have to do is look over at the screen if you are to disoriented to save it.
Just a thought, might be kind of expensive though, just depends on the camera.
