| Hi All,
A friend of mine is going into manufacturing, and we are looking for products to make. All parts will be produced using an Industrial CNC milling machine. (It cost about 60K, and has an automatic tool changer. Hope this gives you an idea of the quality parts that can be produced.)
Basically, I would like to have metal blade grips for my Huey as I use 800mm blades, and have had the blade bolts bend. Also, the plastic grips give near the bearing mounts, which results in a lot of flex.
I know other people have experienced these problems, but only Vario makes metal components. However, their cost and time to delivery makes it prohibitive. In addition, the Vario components come in several pieces.
(Currently we are looking at a 1 piece design, similar to the stock component.)

How many would buy such an upgrade?
What would you be willing to pay?
What type of materials would you like to see used? (FYI, the machine is capable of milling Titanium.)
Would you like to see different colors offered?
