I have a problem with the clutch on my milli. After installing the fan and clutch assembly and securing it with the franged nut made the YS engine, I have about 1/16" of verticle play on the clutch. The clutch cap ( part # 4831) is not touching the clutch. What secures the clutch in the assembly?

I had the same problem on my Milli. I put some washers on top of the clutch to fix the vertical play .

or if it is the nut, you might find a washer or two to go between the hex section of the nut and the inside of the hub where this part sits.
