| GY401 +S9250
as recommended by Jan.
I flew once a 3DNT with a GY601+S9251, it is in deed better, pyro rate can be VERY impressive, stop are smoother and more precise.
But cost is higher, and I must say I am far from the limits of the GY401 at least today.
So this combination gives a very good result, and it is easy to install and setup.
One of my friend uses a GY401+S9253 on a more recent 3DNT, the one including additional weights on the tail blade holders.
I checked that the effort required to move the tail control rod by hand is in deed much lower with the improve tail blade holders.
It is almost easy to do, if you have a GV1 on the engine.
It would be great if someone could explain the physics behind this improvement.
