I just received the Aluminum Logo upgrade parts from Germany -rotor disc, tail hub assembly and tail drive gear - They seem to be well made - very light but sturdy metal. Payment was with a personal check and delivery was 7 days via air mail (after a backorder wait).
They respond to emails in English and appear to be good to deal with. The instructions are in German though. (I have translated them if anyone ever needs them.)
I will post photos ASAP.

I'll bet you hit a customs snag.
My order appears to have sqeaked through unopened. I'm glad it did because they usually do a poor job of repacking and all those tiny parts could go everywhere.

Volker sent me an e-mail yesterday saying he sent all my parts out, except for the rotor head brake. He said he will ship that when it comes in. So I guess it's just a waiting game for me now? Hopefully my things will be here in a week? I will keep you posted when my things show up. Good to hear you guys got your things.

Hello,
Well, I finally received my box of goodies from Volker but the box was crushed and torn up. Both fiberglass canopies are damaged.

The canopies look good although they still have a seam down the center but better than the Mikado canopy.

All the other parts are stock Mikado parts and look great as they should.

Awwww, bummer. What are you going to do about that? Did you file a claim with the post office? I would be pissed off. How much damage do they have? Are they fixable?

I don't think is Volkers fault for the box getting damaged? I think you need to talk to the post office. I'm sure when Volker sent it out it was in good shape. The post office damaged the package and should be responsible for canopy damage. Just my 2 cents.

No, I certainly don't think it was his fault except that the box is way to thin for international shipping. Keep in mind that this was sent through a German shipping company so I don't think it is as simple as going to the United States Postal System. I'll certainly see what we can do about it.

I finally got all my stuff from Volker. I'm still waiting on the aluminum rotor head break. He said he will send that when he gets it in? I also ordered a set of carbon skids and bows, but he sent me the wrong size, it's way too big for my Logo. It's the same size as the skids on my Vigor CS. I guess I will use them on that and order another smaller set from the other shop in Germany, the one that sells the carbon frames for the Logo 10. I will have to buy one of those too.

I guess I'll have to e-mail them to see how to order and pay for it. I will let you know how it goes.

A far too expensive Dutch shop

You'll see it says they have a logo 30 SP too. Is it possible this frame is fore the logo 30???

I was doubting if the site I had in my favourites was the same, and it is.
I think one of us both is wrong, I only hope it wasn't my because of this beautiful chassis .

Thank you for that link, but it only works if the page your looking at is one full page and not subdivided. It doesn't translate the subdivided part on the same page.

BTW, I finally got an e-mail back from the shop that sells the Logo 10 carbon frames and he said I could order them through an e-mail. I will place my order this week along with a set of carbon skids and bows. I will keep you guys updated on the progress.
