| Finally getting back to seting up the VE and have another question.
Please note that at the center pitch position, the seesaw mixing arms located on the rotor head are parallel (level) to the seesaw shaft/flybar assembly.
If your seesaw mixing arms are not level as shown, adjust the 2 seesaw arm to swashplate control rods as needed.
Once the position of the seesaw mixing arms have been established,
attach a main rotor pitch gauge (sold separately) to one rotor blade and
check the current pitch setting. The current pitch should be approximately 8 to 9°. If the pitch is slightly less or more, this can be adjusted later through the radio’s pitch curve function. Attach the pitch gauge to the second main rotor blade and match the pitch at this time.
control rod. Adjust as needed to level seesaw mixing arms.

OK, Now the question....
When I adjust the 2 seesaw arm to swashplate control rods to get the arms level, My center collective pitch is around 15 degrees. To me, this is alot more than "slightly less or more" as the book says.
Should I just adjust the control rods to have the required 8 to 9° pitch and not worry so much abouth the arms being perfectly parallel (level) to the seesaw shaft/flybar assembly?
All other control rods have been set and triple checked with a digital caliper. Any ideas?
Thanks,
