Bummer, are the bolts stock also? I used red locktite and never had them come loose after a year of flying.
Use lock washers with Allen head bolts. Drill a small hole through the head of each bolt and safety wire the bolts. This will solve the problem.

I'd never have to use locktite or have muffler loose on mine, my question to you is that, have you used the SPLIT WASHERS on the bolts. If you do, your muffler bolts shouldn't be coming off.

i will try red locktite, and as far as split washers, i used them on my z230 and it still came loose.

Another trick to keep the muffler bolt tight is re-torque it while engine still hot, then when metal cools down it will be nice and tight so as when it's hot.
Use high temperature loctite. Leave the gasket out.

Yep, I solved my muffler problems by removing the gasket, cleaning the seating surfaces and applying red high temp silicone gasket maker. Apply liberally to bolt threads and mating surfaces.
