Parker Models make two I believe, I applaude your efforts to improve the "look" of your Raptor. I think they are sold by some of the larger suppliers.

Baron canopy

I wish i could send you a picture of my raptor with the barron canopy. (but i haven't taken one yet) It looks so cool and only requires a small modification to mount it. Anyway looks way better than the one eyed monster raptor canopy

Nice! Did you paint it? What kind of paint has the best resistance towards oil? Or do people put a stone guard of some sort like cars have "oem on porche" to protect the paint?

MobileRaptor, what material is your canopy made out of? Is that the gel Coat canopy? How much is that?

I wish they made cheaper plastic one's with clear windows like the stock. Do any of you know where they sell cool stickers for R30's? I like the blue flames better like on the R60's. Would those stickers work on the r30 or it's a much larger canopy?

S. Peterson, it should be in the mail this week. Do anybody have any brand of kind of paint suggested to use.

The Canopy is gel-coated fiberglass and I feel it to be very well made, ithe only work done to it prior to painting was scuffing it with a scotch bright pad and wiping it down. Cyberheli sells the canopies for $29.99 but the shipping is high due to it comming from hong-kong $15.00 to $25.00 depending on how you wany it shipped. It's best to get with a couple of buddies and order several to make the shipping worth while but with the $15.00 dollar shipping it's still only $44.99 which makes it cheaper than anything else.

The paint is PPG Concept which is all I use. It stands up to 30% nitro with no problems. I shoot it with a air brush with no problems. Check my gallery to see some of my other paint work.r

Hobbies and Helis gets my vote. It's $39.95, fiberglass, gelcoated, light, zero pin holes and super high gloss. Hobbies & Helis No, I don't work for them - I just like their canopies.

Get that friggin heli out of the picture! Wow! If she were a heli, she'd be a Fury Extreme with an OS 91, carbon frames, digital servos, 601 gyro and MAH blades. Damn, I'd love to fly the hell out of...sorry, I'm going to take a cold shower.

Tigershark 2000 fuselage

I don't know of a USA distributor for the Robbe Tigershark body for the Raptor. You can order it from Skyline models in the UK. The fuse runs about $125 USD with $25 USD for shipping - at least that is what I was quoted.
