Hi everyone,
Just bought a Vario benzin second hand, boy what a beautiful made helicopter. Haven't flown it yet because I want to check everything out and make sure all the bits are in the right place.
Does anybody know where I can get a manual to download off the net. Also need manual for the zenoha231RC engine. Your help would be very much appreciated.

Phil, what model of the benzin you have? Might the standard benzin not the air star ccpm frame. and the Engine is RC230 not RC231 in benzin as well.

Forget about the variousa pdf files, none of them works.

Phil look at my gallery at the bottom of my post see if that's the same frame style you have?. If it is then that's the air star frame if it has wooden tray with servo on them that's the standard 8300 benzin.

Its nice to know there's some like minded people out there willing to help out a novice like me.Thanks for all the info,i've downloaded the engine manual no probs.
Unfortunatly CALIRAPTOR the manual on the benzin isnt downloadable. Does anybody know of another site I may be able to get the manual from.
NAOMI thats some home page you've got. In answer to your question my Benzin has the plyboard servo tray up front 4 servo ccpm. What do you suggest re a build manual. I've noticed looking at the heli that the head grips attached to the feathering spindle will when held push back and forth in the head block. What do you think??? My Shuttle and F1MAX does'nt do this, could be there's a couple of washers missing.

The manuals on the Variousa.com site seem to work now. I also noticed the link that says "Documents" has some Benzin Info.

1. Go to www.variousa.com

2. On the right hand side under the list of Pod & Booms, click on "Manuals".

3. On the Drop Down Menu on the left (should say Site Navigation), click on "Documents".

4. On the left hand side, scroll down until you see "Benzin Trainer Assembly"

Just bought a vario benzine second hand myself - to go in a carbon Airwolf. I think you bought the acro version?

Great helis - great site on Runryder. The US are much keener on sharing than us Brits.

Hi Stephen,
Nice to here from you. The problem I've got with my Benzin is the blade grips seem to have to much movement on the feathering spindle (they will move back and fore) and I cant find a manual to check all the right parts have been used when it was built (bought it s/hand).
Did you get a manual with your's? I'm hoping someone on this site might be able to help me out. Anyway haven't flown mine yet because of this problem. HELP!!!HELP!!!

Naomi, Sorry I haven't got back to you on the frame question. I've only just clicked on the red flashing PM symbol. I been wondering what this was for, but I was a bit reluctant to click on it in case I screwed somthing up (Computers baffle me). Anyway my Benzin has the plywood servo tray and the new engine.

Has anybody out there tried the 26cc big bore conversion on their G230 RC yet?????????
