Just received my new project from Vario

It's a 1/4 scale Jet Ranger

98 inch long
33 inch high
2.5m rotor
about 17Kg
for PJW-R turbine

Should be entertaining when flown

You'll need a bigger trailer now Dave.

I'm curious, when you say its for the PJ-W-R turbine, that ends with a Vario type clutch bell. Are Vario making some mechanics for it to fit into which will include the maingear etc, or are they using some pre made mechs in the same manner as the Jetcat.

My Lama weighs in at around 17Kg and you know how sedate that has to be flown to keep the engine from overheating and shutting down. You will not be tearing that beauty around the sky like you were with your 500 thats for sure. Maybe you will have to learn how to fly scale hehe

The Vario PJW-R is using a 40 tooth clutch Not the standard 22-25 tooth that normally comes with the PJW

It's using mechanics made by Vario

AND I will be tearing up the sky with it I've seen the German one fly!!!!!!!!!

And I thought my Vario Big Ranger III (benzine) was a big one Yeap that's a big one and sure will look nice in the air ! what about the exthaust , will you be able to run them out scale way ?
