| You know I am as probably as much of a diehard about ordering from the LHS as anyone. But, I recently ordered a kit through Cyberheli since Horizon is dragging their feet so bad it's embarrassing. I have to say I have not ever seen a business that has such outstanding customer service like Cyberheli. Stephen deserves every bit of business we can give him. The Heli arrived in 4 days to my door in perfect shape. If you email him you normally receive a reply very quickly. Keep in mind Hong Kong is 14 hours ahead of my time. I have ordered from HeliProz, Rick's, and other mail-order outfits before. None of them can come hold a candle to Cyberheli's customer service.
