has anyone had any dealings with the heli max heading hold peizo gyro.
i have one that i bought a few years ago when i didn't know any better, anyway, when i first got my new radio installed,an 8u super, when i would turn on the receiver first nothing would happen, the servos wouldn't move, which is a good thing since without any input from my transmitter the servos wouldn,t move, which means the receiver is rejecting any other signals.but when i connect the gyro and try the same thing the srevos go really crazy, they will even go way past their endpoints.when i turn on the transmitter everything is o k.i've done a short range check,50 ft or so,and there was no glitching.so the real question is,could this be a problen when flying,is this normal for this gyro,or all gyros, and i have made sure it is the gyro that is causing the glitch, when i unplug it there is no glitching.i would really not like to have to buy another gyro,i've spent enuf money so far,my budget won't let me spend anymore.so am i S O L...
thanks
