Just wondered how much the seesaw assembly 'beds in' from use?
My supplied assembly , when all bolts are tightened seems very tight!
How hard do you tighten the 12 dome head screws?
Thought I might use ptfe tape on the threads and not over tighten?
Any experience with these bolts working loose?

( As a side issue, I've put ptfe tape on the grub screws and that seems to work well. )

I found the parts to be a little tight - specially after a crash / replacement

The last tip I used was to put a layer of masking tape on the inside of the flat part where it butts up against the head before screwing it down - that way you can screw up nice and tight but still get smooth movement from the flybar assy.

FWIW the last couple of crashes I've 'endured' have resulted in no damage to the delrin parts at all - don't know exactly how much of that is attributed to the masking tape though

Sounds good, I'll try that later! Thanks

the dome head screws do not come lose during flight, you don't have to use lock tite

the center part should be able to move freely and smooth, so you don't have to screw the dome head screws hard
