| I have a Bergen plasic cooling fan with aluminum hub (int1350) on my PHI Hurricane. When burning the fuel out after the last flight of the day, I noticed that something continued spinning after the starter and motor had stopped. The plastic fan was loose on the hub. It was not secured in any way other than a press fit. When I got home it had cooled, and now was locked solidly to the hub. Anyone flying one of these should probably secure the fan to the hub with a screw |
