Do you mean it is stuck on the bearings?
The shafts (partic the titanium ones) can be a bit sticky on the bearings, you may have to run a piece of emery cloth carefully over the shaft to get it to fit on and off easier or just tap it lightly to get it off the bearings.

Oh yeah dont forget to remove the ally collar if you have one

Removal

Take the head pin out (out of the hub), remove the head, pull the main gear down w/ shaft and remove the pin from the main gear. If you have the shaft collar, make sure to loosen it first.

Do the opposite to put it back in...
