Hi Guys

Just gong through some final checks pre maiden flight and noticed that the paddles are a bit sloppy.

If you grab them with thumb and forefinger at the leading and trailing edge and wiggle it as if it was going pos to neg pitch mine has about 2 degrees of movement.

At first I thought I hadn't tightened the allen screws up enough and it was slipping round the flybar but the problem is this. The metal cylinder you slip through the paddle to screw onto the flybar is loose within the paddle itself, i.e. the hole in the paddle is too big compared to the metal cylinder wich allows movement.

Has anyone else noticed this, the opposite one is fine and with the upgraded metal stabiliser arm from quick uk it is very solid with no slop at all until I discovered this.

As far as a fix goes any suggestions????

PS - It hasn't been pranged yet, not even flown.

Ha ha must of missed that one !!!

Hi

All the quick uk parts I ordered form www.quickuk.co.uk

Most are not on the website yet, currently they offer anodised booms, third bearing, carbon fin sets, upgraded swashplate (my next purchase), stabiliser control bars and there ar a few others in development. (They may be under new products)

The contol bar is very neat and much stronger than the stock item.

Pics on my website this weekend.

Cheers

Lee
