When balancing a nitro Heli, should the fuel tank be full, empty, or somewhere in between. Also should the "Mast" be at 90 degree's and Skids level or about 3-5 degree's less. (nose down)

Thanks, RCFlyer.

If the tank is in front of the main shaft, it should be empty. If the tank is aft of the engine, it's probably very close to the centerline of the mainshaft - so it doesn't matter if its full or empty.

So with an R30 it wouldn't matter if it's full or empty?

Nope. I love center mounted fuel tanks.
