I am asembling a Raptor 60v2 kit...........But I cant fit the flywheel to my YS 60 ............Is lool like this flywheel is designed only for the TT 70......
What can I do????? Do you know if there is aftermarket flywheel for a YS 60???

z11355 rrMaster Location: 10000 is enough time wasted.
The YS crank is 8mm whereas the OS is 5/16" (as I recall). You need to drill/ream
and tap the fan if required.
TT is now selling fans that are made to fit the ys but it will be a extra cost on your part. If you take the motor and fan to a local mechine shop they can drill and tap the fan for you.

Just pick up a 8mm x 1 tap and run it through with your electric drill and some oil. The hole is already the right size, just needs new threads cut. Perfect fit on mine and <0.001" runout.

NO TAP NEEDEDThere is no need to buy a tap,I used some Metal Mystic Mover and used the crank as my tap,the threads are so close.It took me all of 3 minutes to complete.Jason Kalbfleisch
