I have a Pic Pro which when new, flew adequately. It has the Picco Board Pro and Std '410' motor. I had a heavy crash a few weeks ago and ever since, it has flown like it's got a 1kg bag of sugar gaffa-taped to it. At first you can JUST get it to hover at 3-4 ft but after a minute or so, it's impossible to fly it - can't even get the thing out of ground effect. I have now put a Team Orion micro motor in and with 8 cells, it's utter crap - no improvement, even with different cells (rules out the possibility of trashing the batts in the crash). I'm starting to think maybe the Picco board is toast. I've tried everything - pitch/ throttle curves etc but to no avail. Anyone else had similar symptoms?

Make sure your fly bar is PERFECTLY centered and the paddles are equal distances from the rotor head. Mine had similar problems and I found out the paddles were not equal distances from the head causing the head to occilate around and fly like crap.

I second that. Bad Flybar alignment can cut a normal flight time in half. I experienced the same problem and after carefull reseting of the flybar center and paddles it flew well again. These micro helis are very sensitive to the slightest imbalance especialy the pro.

Also the 410 motor is renowned for being utter ****e and is best used as a paper weight. If you do get it to fly on the 410 the first minor crash will bugger the motor and it will fly as you describe, badly
Stick seperates and a brushless motor on liths and it becomes an entirely different machine
