Sorry to hear you dumped your bird and those night blades are precious....bummer.
I had a crash on my Fury Extreme and had a spare Raptor 60 flybar laying around so instead of paying 12 bucks for a replacement MA I opted to use what I had.
Well the threads on the Raptor flybar are fine threads and the MA is coarse. One of my white MA 3D paddles apparently stripped and in flight after doing some aerobatics I noticed my paddle disc looked odd in flight. It really didn't get out of shape but it didn't fly as well as it should. I brought it down and one paddle had rotated upward a good 45 degrees.
I was surprised this didn't have a more adverse effect on the Fury... so I am a bit surprised that you lost yours due to the same problem. This just happened to me two weeks ago..
