I have not convertd my 60 to a 90 so I really don't have any setup tips for it. RAM (Rusty McClintoch) is the one who did the Suturday Bergen Demo. He has been running 80 / 90 Bergens since they became available. He would be the one to ask. I have only run a couple do to setups and such.

I too would be interested in the 80/90 conversion of the intrepid 3d!

The conversion is easy, Figure what gear ratio you want to use and order the clutchbell with that pinion.

Hi Chris,

Do you have a recommendation for the pinions used with the 81 91 size engines?

TIA

My calculations say 11T pinion with an 1800 head speed for a 90 and a 10T pinion with around the same head speed for the 80.
