Just wondering if any of you use the Coolpower Blue oil, (CP-14) in your gassa's??? I know it's very popular with glow engines, but can it be used in the petrol motors and is it a good oil for this purpose??

Cheers.

Craig, I don't know anything about the CP oil, but generally speaking, an oil that mixes well with methanol, does not mix well with gasoline. Go with Amsoil if you can.

Coolpower Oil

I have been using Coolpower GREEN oil at 40:1 for years with excellent results. The engine has been running great and it is very clean inside.

I'm using ML 70 at 25:1 in my old Hirobo Bell47, and now I've got the ignition timing sorted it runs great. I won't bother putting the Z231 in!
