Paul,

No, I did not misunderstand your post.

You're already, for some unknown reason, comparing the new Caliper .30 to the Raptor, even though you do not have one (a Caliper, that is). Why mention the Raptor at all?

And as for not continuing this thread, I'll make that decision. Really, all of this is really pointless, but fun.

Cal 30

Hi as I said just before vacation that I had a cal 30 acoming. Well it got here the day before I left. I'm back and have had time to read the manual and look at the heli. Not fly it because it is behind two or three other fairly new helis that I havent flown yet. I have 10 of the pest. Dont have time to fly them all. Anyway the heli is smooth but, butt ugly. I dont think any heli canopy is uglier. The controls are smooth and it has a long, looks like a 10mm main shaft. It looks like stainless or crome. All of the controls except the tracking are fixed no adjustments. The flybar looks real thin to me and the parts on the rotor head dont look very tough. I dont know how tuff it is as I havent even started the engine yet. Oh yea I have a weber 35 and weston tuned pipe for power. As small as this bird is it ought to fly good. More when I get to fly it .Dont misunderstand me , Ilike the way it looks and feels and am looking forward to flying it..
