I am putting my blade grips on the main spindle and the washer sequence does not match up with the picture they show on the CDROM. Can someone clarify which washers go where?

Thanks

Their latest gasser manual shows(from head O ring);
Thin(.008) or Thick(.015) damping washer, 8x13x1 washer, blade grip, M10x16x1 washer, 8x16x5 thrust washer(larger ID first if different), 5x10x2 washer, and finally the M5x16 cap screw.

washer sequence.

So is the thrust washer considered 3 parts? The washer the part with the balls in it and then another larger washer then the smaller washer and screw??

see im counting 7 washers in the picture total (including the ball one) and in the reading its saying 6 washers.......

The ball one is not a washer. It's the bearing & keeper. Make sure you put the races on the correct side.

races

The races dont have grooves in them for the bearings.........the manual is calling them washers and are flat both sides.

Only the tail shaft ones had grooves in them..........these parts are exactly as i got them from bergen and all i have left to use and they are flat on both sides

The new thrust bearings in the blade grips are raceless. There is not a larger or smaller one and it doesn't matter which goes to the inside or outside.

You want the thinnest to thickest dampener shims going from thinnest near the o-rings. Then there is a larger I.D. washer that goes inside the blade grip before you insert the thrust bearing. Then the thrust bearing raceless washer. Then the bearing keeper. Then the other thrust raceless washer. Then there is a small washer that fits the bolt.
