Basically it's two seats bolted onto a huge industrial robot arm & flings riders everywhere.

Oh yeah, I've seen these before. This is one of those rides where they stop it part way through and the operator comes out and sweeps up all the loose change that fell out of your pockets.

Looks like it's a blast. I like the idea of the joy stick so you could control it. Hooah!!!
