Hi all,
i have aquired a metal rotor head which is supposed to be for a Concept 30, but I have no idea how to connect the linkages, as it is totally different from the standard item. It has an overhead flybar, and there are no flybar control arms with it. They seem to be missing, but I'm sure I could make some from another heli fit.

Does anyone out there have one of these heads?
If so can you tell me how to make it work.

Thanks

several choices

There were about 3 different heads that I can remember for the concept 30 series. Two were made by zeal and one by capital usa.

One of the zeal heads looks exactly like a scaled down sr60 head just like Martin said. There is one of them here in houston owned by one of my friends.

The other Zeal head looks really weird and has twin sort of cantilevers across the top. The only one lv'e ever seen was smartly sported by a gentleman from Louisiana inverted with foam blades ago. Saw him again about 18 months ago in Corpus Christi, TX.

The last head design by capital usa. There are 2 of them here in Houston.

If you can post some pictures, I will do my best to identify it for you and help you to find the correct arms and complete your geometry. Rest assure that both of the zeal heads streeted for more than $300 plus! So, don't give them up until you have had the opportunity to experience them in flight because few have!
