This is just too funny

Right now I am typing this on a 400MHz Laptop with dual boot installed.
Guess what I am running......Linux SuSE 8.2 Professional.
It comes with a Firewall installed right from the start

Just learning my way around it and it isn't ready yet for the mum's occasional jump on a PC but it is certainly getting there.

I better go down to the Shed and check my W2K Main PC as it was logged onto the Net.
It has got Norton Firewall installed but....who knows

Linux has got an application called "win" under developement that is designed around running microsoft designed software straight on a Linux OS.
That's the one I want to play around with and see how many microsoft applets I can get to work

This OS came with that much Software that it would cost me about $10K for the same in Microsoft form.
For $119,- Australian

It still has it's drawbacks as configuration is quite difficult, but it's getting there.
Microsoft...watch out, this stuff will turn into a real threat for you !
