I was flying my Sceadu this sunday with GV-1 on and in Idle up coming in for a fast, low fly by. I had to drop in over some trees and I mis-judged my approach flew directly through the tree, gave it a flat top......but my heli came out alive.........the thing was pretty much out of control but i managed to land it safely........the fly bar was in a Z shape, the main feather spindle was bent and the Washout block had been twisted around the main shaft so the linkages were all binding and locked up........but i still got it to settle down and land no damage besides that.
I have it on video too.......im trying to convert it to Quicktime movie so i will post it when its ready if you all want to see it.

Heli video

Ok everyone that wanted to see the video if you have quicktime let me know and give your email I will email you the video. Its pretty cool. Compressed so its not a clear as the real video buy we slowed the tape and the sound to 10% so you can actually hear what sounds the blades make as they hit the branches. Its pretty amazing.

I like to agreed with Doug , BUT if the zip file larger than 10 meg, RR won't take it.. maxed out for each file, best way still go with what i'd suggested.

Ok I will try your suggestion. ITs about 3.8 megs. I will cut it down a tad for easier downloads. You must turn up your sound loud when you get it to hear those blades...its incredible. Dont mind us in the video we were having fun and joking around. Basically being idiots. But the crash was not intentional!!
Ill be away from my computer for the next hour or so but as soon as i get back i will post it. Thanks

 WOW.. That's some serious trimming on the poor tree.. Love the slow motion replayed with the tree branches thrown up everywhere.. Amazingly heli has a minor damaged. Cool Video Award!.
