I was just wondering if the screws that held the arms in were only supposed to be finger tight. Any tighter and the bearings start binding. I have blue locktite on them but was wondering if that will be enough?

Thanks,
Mark

bearing spacers?

do you have the little bearing spacers installed between the mixing arm bearing and the washout base? They are little 'washers' approx. 3mm ID, 4mm OD, and .5mm thick. They allow you to tighten the bolts without binding the bearing. I have found that in the past sometimes they are missing from an assembly, might be a good idea to check. I think you can order these in quantity from MinAir, I have no idea of a part number. Hope this helps.

Spacer

Well, there is a .04mm spacer between the arm and the washout assembly on both sides. But it still binds when I try to tighten it any tighter than by hand.
