| I answer with more questionsAs for interference how is your Antenna set up?
If it is wrapped up around any of the carbon you may get wacky signals.
Is your TX charged all the way up?
Have you ever flown this machine with the MS blades?
If not I see your running the 370 I assume you have a 10 tooth
That may be to low of a gear for this set up.
What type of batterys are you running?
I have a Hummingbird / Feda Feda mechanics and Hbird guts with CSM. I also run an Orion with 12 tooth stock blades and High atail motor. I have never tweaked my blades so I am sure they have warped into a pretty light pitch.
Your problems with the Hummingboard, the interference, and not being able to get OGE are symptoms of undercharged batterys. On my Bird with a full charge If I make the LED go RED.. IT is on its way to the MOON. I tried a 9 tooth pinion on my orion and its is GUTLESS. It climbs but it just is too slow for the way I fly. If I get really high outside and want to desend a 9tooth does not have enough RPM's to get me out of trouble. The 12 runs my motor warm but I also have a heatsink on it so it tends to run cooler. After I have been flying for a while I start to lose tail authority and it starts to glitch. When my battery is low I gun it and the LED turns red and I cant get OGE. The RED I think tells you its at full bore. Your machine on a fresh charge should lift off out of ground effect showing a green LED.
Charge the hell out of your batterys if they are NIMH or Nicads
Charge your TX and make sure that antenna in the helo and TX are secured
Change to a higher tooth pinion gear for those blades
Hope this helps |
