e-Ikarus Piccolo-Eco 8/16 > Piccolo Pro Needed Upgrades?

Ok, I've read a few of the posts on hear about what upgrades to get for the Piccolo Pro, but none seem to cover everything in one post. For now, I just have the Pro kit with the shaft collar from Helihobby. I am going to use seperate electronic components since I have heard bad things about the Piccoboards.
Question : What do I really need to upgrade on this thing in order to fly 3D reasonably well (coreless motor, CNC swash, etc.)? My goal is to have something 3D capable to fly around the outside of my house when I can't make it to our flying field, or just to have something to fly inside on cold, windy days to stay sharp.
I have an R60 at present and can do loops, rolls, flips, etc. (basic aerobatics) and want something similar in the Piccolo Pro to practice the same on, including inverted flying/hovering and nose in practice.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks!!

Hello

The Pic Pro doesnt really need too much to fly extreamly well. Out of the box the design flys extreamly well.

The only short comming of the Pro is the head. IMHO the Pro only really comes to life with a very high HS(still flys very well at 2200-2400 but I love it at 3000) and the plastic head just doesnt hold up to th loads very well. With that said all I suggest that you get for you Pro is the PMP metal head and also a better one way clutch for the added load from a powerful brushless.

From there fill it wil some nice electronics, try to keep every thing light, and you will have what you want.

Here is a list.

*CC Phionex 10 (newest software)
*Schulze Slim 105He for the tail(this is the best)
*Futaba GY240(or the JR410 both work well)
*Hacker B20-18L(with 9 tooth pinion--first try the one in the kit)
*3-cell Etech 1200s or a 3s2p pack made from the new 340SHD Kokam cells
*3x HS50 servos for the cyclic(I actually like to use an HS55 on the pitch)
*W-Blades(carbon blades) for more efficency, and faster cyclic
*PMP delrin main gear, and one way (comes with Ti Shaft) OR a cheaper solution is to purchase the regular main gear for the Piccolo and then add Walts one way hub to it.
*PMP metal head

Oh, and here is a picture of my Pro, this is kinda what your could look like.
