Hey, just got my HB put together last night (after waiting a week for a replacement for a bad servo) & now I have a main motor problem. I'm not sure which motor I have, (there's nothing printed on it). I charged the battery & tried to get all the trims right but couldn't get off the ground before my battery started fading. So, I recharged, hooked 'er up again & still didn't seem to have enough power to get off the ground, just kind of skidding around on the ground. Anyway, towards the end of the charge as the motors started to slow down, my main rotor stopped spinning but the tail motor would still work. I thought that the battery just didn't have enough juice left to keep the main spinning. After I shut everything down & disconnected the battery I noticed that the main rotor would not turn by hand, the motor is frozen! Is the motor burnt(after using only three times)?

It sounds like it is burnt out. Check the mesh on the main gear. I know mine was sent awefully tight. You might have to take off the battery and use a screw drive to loosen the engine a tad so that the gears are not so tight. There was a post about calling Century and being able to get the 370 motor. Do a search on that.
