hello, I just received my Hummingbird today and im having a blast with it. The only problem i have with it is the battery life is to short. Can anyone recomend a better battery that will increase peformance and last longer ? Thanks in advance

Nate does it have a 7 cell nicad? If so a 8 cell Nimh pack would definatly liven the show and give alot more run time. I made some 8 cell packs out of the rayovac AAA 700ma NiMh i got from wall mart for 6.99 per 4 pack. I got just as much power from them ,and no spikey jitters, as my powerex's. 14.00 for a new 8 cell pack is prety darn good and shipping is non issue on a trip to wall mart. Of course a 2/3 cell Li Po set up is the finultimate battery for now but do you have the right type of charger. 2 cells if you are running ultra light 3 cells for heavier birds. Dont forget you extra tail motors though. 3 cell lithiums might do the BBQ number on them.
