MA has a warning regarding the bell mixer arm bodies posted on their web site. A couple of people have reported this part cracking, out of the several hunderds of parts out there. Details and information on how to get a free replacement set here:

Failures

If you have overtightened the threaded balls into this block and you can see a little bulge... replace them. The correct procedure is to tighten the balls until the base just touchs the mixing base and put a little CA on the threads to keep it there. If done correctly, I have never seen this piece fail, except in a crash, and it took all the rods and links with it.

Interesting. These parts are the 2 items that showed the most damage in my crash they broke in half.
