I have a cp hornet with the following setup. stock motor, 11t pinion, MS speed controller, 700ma Nimh batt. I have lightend the paddles and maxed the atv 's on cyclic but it still seems sluggish. is there anything that can be done to improve cyclic athourity?

If you are flying a stock-type configuration as you suggest - I have, in the past, actually set POSITIVE exponential so that it was more sensitive around center with good results.
