What should I set the cutoff current to for my E-Tech 3C 1200mAH

Make it idiot-proof, and someone will make a better idiot

Under load, 2.5V per cell seems to work fine (7.5C for a 3 cell pack). If the load is very low - say less than 2-3A continuous, then 3V per cell may be a safer bet. With a high discharge rate (over 3A) the cells will return to over 3V per cell once the load is removed (low voltage cutoff) however on the low constant discharges such as slow flyers, etc. you may actually take the cells low enough so that they won't return above 3V per cell.

Still, many have overdischarged the cells and they still work fine. I have yet to destroy a cell and have my cutoff at appx 2.5v per cell with a soft cutoff.
