Phoenix 25 (Timing)

I have a Phoenix 25 and a razor V2 heli motor. Which timing should I use? Is there a method to see if it is timed correctly.

Not sure about the 25, I have the pheonix 45 and thats one of the programable parameters. The brake function must be disabled for use in helis.
