from what I have seen, this is an OS part w/ OS p/n so I would think warranty is not an issue.

I've got the YS 80 in one of my SE's and run the 24T bell (my Gawd!)...I found it was easier to add 3mm thick shims to the stock SE engine mount and use the stock 375mm belt. The fan shroud has plenty of adjustment and no modification was nessesary. I'm looking at the .91 for the other SE and was wondering what ratio would be good; this is great info, thanks! Chris

i have the following equipment on my both Futura Nova

Hobbycopter Conversion set
Blades: BBT Evolution F3C 700mm / 195gr.
Rotor sppeds: approx. 1350upm in F3C Hovering, 1950 upm (F3C Acrobatics) , at Futura SE (my 3D Heli) 1200upm in hovering 1850upm acrobatics
Glow Plug: Enya 4
Cool Power with 12,5% Nitromethane
Zimmermann muffler is a small "Nitro"-Version (like K&S Funtech HNS90)-i don`t know the exact type. Look at my Gallery, there is a photo of my 91 Futura Nova with Evolution fuse. The muffler is good visible.
I use a Hatori 700 tuned muffler at my Futura SE. The Heli is very powerful, but the Zimmermann muffler is more silent and have neraly the same power. On this Heli i fly BBT Evolution 3D acrobatic blades

Ipromised you an answer about the robbe conversion kit for Nova

I met a person that designed the conversion kit.
the 27t + 39omm belt, can give you with 70-71cm
os91 or ys80 a head speed of 2000 rpm, for extreme 3d.

i saw the reports, its amazing, if you set up every thing correct, you will have +/-12 pitch

Some news.
there is a new comlete kit will be released in 2 months,
its a state of art, all CNC kit, with complete new frames, 2 or 1 stage reduction, CCPM, tail belt drive heli.
its based on Milly, or Nova, its a choice.
its in the final production, i saw the prototype.
very strong, lighter, and more....
also all items like a special metal fan, very efficient, strong coolant.
i saw that os91, with 0% nitro, with hemi head, the heat after 10 minutes of work was 50 deg C.
impressive.,

there is a whole bunch of upgrades avaliable for those helis

cuatro gearing

If you look at www.robbeusa.com the cuatro gearing is 8.65:1 which does sound high for a 90 good for an 80. I personally think the 25 tooth bell for the Nova's and SE's will work the best for 3D; contest guys may want to run a lower ratio. I would like a conversion kit to use the 25 tooth bell but no one makes it yet. It would be easy to just add a different shim to the kit that is sold in Europe to make it work with the 25 tooth bell.

25 tooth bell

I know robbe makes the 25 tooth bell but I would like to be able to purchase the bell with a conversion kit with all the parts; new fan, new clutch, new belt, new bell, and proper shims to get the belt tention correct with out the belt tensioner.

My early experience with OS91 in SE is good. I'm running the 24T clutch K&S 90 muffler and 30% Powermaster I modified a contest mount to get the tension right with a 390mm belt. Only on it's second gallon so still being run rich but NO problems with running rough or overheating and thats in Australia at 30-35degC ambient temp! I'm not yet into aeros and 3D but it has gobs of power.
Flight time ~15min at present.
