I had my HB for a couple of days now. I managed to hover but right on take off, the thing scoots to the left, cyclic only. In flight it seems ok.

it's normal that why your 2 skid was not the same heit is for compense the main rotor at the take off

Pulling left

If you watch the videos I have on my site:

you will see yes the HB pulls to the left I can now lift off the ground pretty straight just apply a little right at first then once in the air she holds tight..

or if your brave just pop the throttle real quick. anyways I will shot a video that shows me taking off as straight as I can so you can see it can be done..

As long as it deos not pull to the left in the hover, dont worry about it. Just make sure your swash plate is flat and level.
