Hi! I have a piccolo on the way and I need to know what the best setup would be for me. I don't want to spend more than $50 on electronics. I have a century micro gyro, 3 servos (for my CP upgrade that I am also getting), and I am getting a GWS 6 channel receiver. I need to know which ESCs I should buy or should I just buy the century hummingbird mixer. I want to upgrade my gyro to a GY240 so I'm guessing that 2 separate ESCs would be the best, but which 2? Please help and remember that I don't want to spend more than $50 on ESCs. Thank you for any and all advice!!!

Ok... this is what I have. One piccolo (of course ), one 20Amp Mini ESC w/Brake from E-Flight, one ICS-50 ESC from GWS, one 6WR-6N 6 channel receiver from GWS, one micro piezo gyro from century, and one 8103 radio from JR. HOW IN THE WORLD DO I GET ALL THIS STUFF TOGETHER? Not to mention, how do I hold all this stuff down on this little "so called" platform??? I am not "electric savvy" I have not bought a battery yet cause I don't know what to get... I prefer to get a NiCd pack because I have a fast charger. What size should I get? Please enlighten me with all of your GREAT WISDOM so I can join the picco club !!!

I use e-tech li-poly batteries, they are lighter and have longer run times.I would do without the ni-cads and go with a li-poly pack.

if your gonna go.....go all out!

I believe you can get ni-cad packs from helihobby or dreamhobbies.they sell ni-cads and nimh batteries but I would suggest if you can`t afford lipoly packs then get nimh packs. You can use nicads but the run time sucks bigtime.

if your gonna go.....go all out!
