Polygraph

I'd be willing to take a polygraph test that the claims & statements I've made here are true.

Does anyone in So. Cal have access to one?

I'm serious, I have nothing to hide. I have nothing to gain by lying about what really happened.

I only ask that SKYPILOT make a public appology when the results come in.

not in a million years

you would never take a polygraph, because you'd have to reveal your real name !

like you, I deffended a friend, who I beleive is telling the truth, and I would never appologize for that . I don't know you, I don't trust people in here who hide behind a screen name hiding their true name, and I especialy don't respect people who come in here blasting others, when it was'nt even that persons buissness, ( it happened to pete, not you ) .

I stand behind John, and all the other owners of the small hobby shops, and nothing you could ever say or due will change that

Buahahah!

Too funny to read...anyways.

Since we know both sides of the story, is their any way all parties can resolve their differences? (Between John the the purchaser, no one else).

Hidden agenda?

I have nothing to gain by lying, you (SKYPILOT) on the otherhand are a field rep for Yellow Aircraft. hmmm...I understand your concern about hobby shops, you DO have something to gain or lose. Is his screw up affecting your business? I think everyone here needs to take your posts with a grain of salt.

Yes I would take a polygraph. I have nothing to gain by lying here. Set it up and I'll be there. I'll even let you set it up so you don't think I'm pulling a fast one.

Resolve

BigRob,

That's all Peter wanted. John refused.

And yes, this is too funny. Here's my favorite:

Hey, SkyPilot, I think you need to chill just a little bit here.

No, I wasn't there, and neither were you. But I do fly with these guys, and know them both as upstanding professional people. I've known CyberPilot from before his first flight, and helped him set up his heli. Watched his first loop up close and personal. Maybe too close, but that's another story. Seeing a person crash a few times, seeing the way that he walks out on the field and picks up the pieces, you get to know a person pretty well through all that! No curses or temper tantrums, just an honest evaluation of what he did wrong so he can do better next time. Not quite the profile of one you would expect to be kicked out of a store for "mouthing off".

These are not a couple of kids trying to play around and waste either their time or anybody else's. They are both way beyond childish games, they just want to fly, and expected to have the 'professional' at the hobby shop sell them what they needed to fly. That's why they showed him what parts they had so the hobby shop could order the needed pieces for the radio.

I was at the field with them after most of the encounters, and heard their stories right afterwards - including all their frustrations with this incident, which I heard on a regular basis. Their stories never changed, and I saw the wrong parts that Jax sold them and the tests they did to try and figure out why the radio still didn't work with the new parts they purchased.

These guys showed a lot more patience and class during this incident than most would have, and gave the hobby shop more of the benefit of the doubt than it deserved, in my opinion.

So instead of jumping in and insulting these people and accusing them of trying to scam a hobby shop in a way that couldn't benefit them in the least, maybe you should just relax a bit.

Just a thought.

Thanks Greg

There are others who I could get to post the same as well but I shouldn't have too. Nor do I want to drag anyone else into this.

I think I'm done with it.......unless someone else want's to call me a thief & a liar then we'll see.

No need to thank me, I just calls 'em like I sees 'em. And if you were ever acting like a jerk I'd let you know, too!

Because some helis are cheap and very reliable now adays, it is worth purchasing new kits and equipment, rather than buying used items.
Just imagine how much flying time is lost due to ordering missing parts and perhaps repair parts later and with it AGRAVATION!
Hopefully, your friend has not lost his desire for this hobby.

Ahh, reaching for the rep card, how original

thats funny,

playing the blast the rep card, , for the record, a field rep ( me ) does not sell product to dealers, so I have nothing to gain or lose from this.

you continue to miss the point i'v been trying to make since the first reply, wich is, your right ( wich you never got, and only used for blasting me ) to post this thread in the first place, meaning, the problem was with pete and john, if pete would have posted this, that would have been his right, but he chose not to, and John chose not to.

so I and others felt it was/is not your right to ( for lack of a better term ) ambulance chase pete's problem with John.

look at it from another angle, if we were all in a court room instead of this forum, and you started telling this to the judge, he would say, did this happen to you ? , you'd say, well no sir, it was my friend pete, and the judge would say, then why are you telling this, shut up and let pete talk, and that would be that.

since Pete is satisfied with the money being reinstated on his c/c account, and chose not to bring it in here, it should have ended there, so what I got from your opening post was, you taking it upon yourself to get even with John .

Greg,

no chill problem over here, but really, thanks for your concern

SKYPILOT's Wrong again

It did happen to me. I was thrown out of the store for doing nothing. The shop treated me with disrespect as well. You did READ these posts right?

Let's see if we can all follow SKYPILOT's logic:

He says that I don't have right to post about this topic because it didn't happen to me. Even though I was there.

HE is not involved at all, wasn't even there, but it's OK for him to post?

SKYPILOT, you can't have it both ways. If you really believe that someone should not post about an incident that they didn't have a major part of then stop posting...you are contraticting yourself since you were not there.

On the otherhand, if it IS OK then you have no arguement.
