Most people would probably tell you to get a hacker motor these days for the logo. I dont know which one as I havent shopped for a Hacker. I am sure someone can tell you what motor and ESC to get based on your needs. I have a Plettenburg myself and plan to run 1 3s4p and 1 4s4p pack (equiv of about 22-23 NiCad cells) myself. If you want to get real nutty, run 2 4s4p packs, but you better be able to handle that much power (at least with the Pletty).
As far as chargers go, I think the Schultze 330d is the best one (bang for the buck) out there right now, but its not cheap! It will cost you about 189.00 or so, but you can charge any battery under the sun with that thing without any issues. Dont skimp on the charger! A good charger is key for getting the most out of your electric heli. You will have it for many years to come. Might as well make it a good charger.
Good luck! |
