| Measure each cell's voltage and see that they are within about .02 volt of each other. If not, charge the lower voltage cell until the voltage is close to the other.
I tinned the tabs and then tapes the cells together with the + tab over the - tab of the other cell. Then I used a small gauge qure to connect one cell + to the other cell's - and then attached my connector to the remaining + and - tab. Use tape to hold the wires from moving and to insulate the tabs.
You really don't need to monitor each cell seperatly if you start with a well balanced pack. It would not hurt to check each cell seperately after a few dozen cycles. If the cells are at different voltages, then equalize them by charging the lower voltage cell.
I have over 150 cycles on one 1200 E-Tech 2 cell pack and just checked the voltage of each cell and they are exactly the same.
