Anyone who has either met Jeff, or has been on these boards long enough would agree to his undisputed altruism (for you Southern guys, that means 'unselfish or selflessness' [cough] BladeGrip [/cough])

This Moon guy, out of blue, attacks him in a post after Jeff spent over about 20 hours in the last two weeks teaching newbies how to fly...(Me alone for 18.5). That is total crap.

This is so rediculous. I thought Jeff's irate tantrum was pretty damb funny. I'm proud of him for auctally censoring himself.

At least everyone who matters appears to get it.

F' them Jeff! No more newbies! (now you'll have more time to help me...)

Thanks for all the name calling. It really shows what kind of people I'm dealing with. The real flight commment was directed at Aces Are wild.
JA1010, I called you and got directions. I never ever said I'm coming down in an hour. I'm an organized person. Every single PM I sent you started with, "what's your schedule like?". So I never imposed anything on you. You picked the times and the days, not me.

If you choose to lie about things like this, so be it. You can say whatever you want. It still won't change the reality of it. We agreed to meet on Sunday at 12PM at the Exxon gas station. I pulled up to the gas station popped the trunk lid open so that everyone who drove into the station could see the heli and then sat in my car until 12:45. I appreciate you offering to help me and I'm thankful for that. But, to give someone your word and then blow them off is offensive. When I offer anyone help I don't treat them like crap because I'm doing them a favor. No one forced you to help me, remember? I even offered to compensate anyone who's willing to do it. So I'm not out to get anyone or play games.

Anyway after all the comments you made and the name calling I'm starting to have my doubts about coming over. I hope you don't own any weapons of some sort.

And we did talk, you know me, on the phone, when I said your school is BS! dont act like that never took place! you told almost anyone you could it was pleasant, and it wasnt! I called you and told you what I felt in person, on the phone, then offered to do it in person at IRCHA, if you were there, you three should have been lucky I couldnt make it because of work and the blackout....cause if I was, the flyoff would have went down , I have seen you fly, sad.....need alot more work, and RonC cant hover yet, and oh , BTW, is Marc still nose in hovering??? bwahahaha

Whats up with you man ! looks like you do have some issues .. Don't start blaming on NJ folks .. They are all good fellas .. Pete , Mark , Paul , Rupe, Bill, Mike and many more . One who teaches must have a control on his temper first . I always thought you were doing a good job .. but not any more .

ja1010 is like a timebomb, and it seem like someone raise the cover and press the switch. I would get upset too, but I won't get so upset that it would run my blood pressure up, maybe if money was involve everyone would be more attentive.
personally if it was me and I was trying to help someone and they missed the date, that would be it. Let them get help from the other 50 members that was offering free help in the beginning

What a jerk that Aces Are Wild is... he e-mails people tellin them his free time to help them but he dosent come pick them up, tell them when THEIR free time is, and wipe their butt for them. I can't wait to get home from work so I can find those e-mails (I keep EVERYTHING.. this is why) and post them up here. 99.999% of people I know from this hobby are REALLY cool guys...

I am not trying to be a jerk, not trying to get upset, nothing. I have tried to help others as much as possible at the local field, and here on RunRyder. I give people pictures and all the info they wanted about my RaptorCam. I tell them what I know and hope it helps them out. I started a company and I try to be as professional and mature as possible online (but sometimes the punk-ass college kid comes out). Nevertheless, please don't attack me or point fingers saying how I (or Jeff) are the cause of your problems. Again, I'll post those e-mails up.. you guys tell me if I am wrong. I tried looking thru another set of eyes and it still seems like I did no wrong.

Maybe he just hates guys named Jeff/Geoff. My life is hard enough.. everyone at work calls me Gee-off... its hell I tell you!!

To The Moon....hmmm.... sounds like a space cadet to me. I think you should stop snorting that moon dust.

Jeff is a good guy. He may not be available when you want him to be but hey, he has also has a life. After all, he is giving his own time to help rookies like us. I think we talked for about a month before we finally met. If you really want help, you should be prepared to go when he is available.

He told me to meet him at 12:00 on Sunday and he was there. Are you sure you were at the right gas station or better yet, the right planet?
