Well, my Hummer flew well today for the first time in months. When the stock motor gave out, I put in a 280BB, and I was losing the tail. Hell, I never really had it, it would just spin and spin. At the same time I put in the motor, I upgraded to CF baldes from HeliHobby. Mains and Tail. I tried every trick I read and made up a few, but I would just spin along the ground.
Then, today, I tried a new trick. I swapped out the CF blades and tail for the stock units. Not only do I have better lift, but the tail is now right where I put it. I am getting some shake, but I will re- balance things tomorrow.
For the price of these CF mains and tail, I could have had 3 sets of the stock.
Live and learn.

Wow, the ground was closer than I thought.

Good to hear that your hummer is flying well. So basically what you changed is the stock motor to 280BB? Did you notice if the mixerboard get pretty hot or even melted the plastic cover?
I broke my main blade and tail today and also drew black circles on the ceiling

No, no more heat than usual. In hindsight, since I bought the CF blades, I should have got a more powerful motor, but the LHS had the 280 in stock, so...
